You will receive an email confirming your order and a second email when your order has been shipped.

If you do not receive an email, then most likely it was lost by the auto server for some reason, there was a typo in your email address, or it is blocked by your email program (check your spam folder). Contact us at should you have any questions about your order or if you don’t receive a confirmation email. We will attach a copy of it in our reply. Contact by email is the fastest way to get a response on any issues. Be sure to include your order number (starts with RC) and full name with all inquiries.

Store Policies

Return Policy: If your receive an incorrect item due to our error (for example, a wrong product or size), or wish to exchange or return an item you have received, contact our customer service e-mail at once and describe the problem. Please be sure and reference your order number (begins with RC) in your email. Return incorrect or unwanted items to us by US Mail to The ChucksConnection, Hal Peterson Media Services, PO Box 5217, San Jose, CA 95150-5217 and the correct replacement item will normally be re-shipped to you at no additional charge. If an item ordered is incorrect due to a customer error or the customer wishes to exchange it for another product, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs or pricing differences. Please note that unwanted or incorrect items must be returned before any refunds or adjustments can be made. Please review the customer receipt e-mail you receive when you place an order carefully to make sure the items ordered are actually what you meant to order, and if there is a problem contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, the error can be corrected at no additional cost to the customer. To be accepted for return, the item must be intact/unopened in its original packaging. Worn clothing or shoelace items cannot be returned. No returns will be accepted after sixty days.

Shipping Policy: Items are normally shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. If there is a delay in shipping, we will post the next shipping day on this page. If for some reason an item is not available or back ordered, and we cannot ship within two weeks, you will be contacted to see whether you wish to cancel all or part of the order.

Warranty Policy: All items are brand new, first quality, unless so stated in the product description. All products are examined for defects prior to shipping. We will replace any defective product upon its return.

Refund Policy: Refunds are issued as credits to the credit card account used to order the item. They are only issued after the item has been returned and accepted according to the return policies described above.

Confidentiality Policy: Your personal information is kept strictly confidential when you deal with HP Media Services. We do not exhange or sell email, address, telephone information to anyone.
